Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to custom add-on commissions made by Atelier. Ready-made add-ons follow the details listed on their product page. If a written quote says something different from this page, the quote takes priority.

1. Payment

A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due when the finished add-on is delivered, unless the written quote says otherwise.

The deposit reserves a place in the commission schedule. If plans change, contact Atelier before work starts so the next step and any deposit handling can be agreed in writing.

2. Scope

The requested features are agreed in writing before development begins. The deposit, written brief, and final quote describe what is included.

Features or changes requested after that scope is agreed are priced separately. Atelier will explain the extra cost before starting that work.

3. Testing

The add-on will be tested against the Minecraft Bedrock version specified in the brief or quote. Compatibility with other versions, devices, add-on combinations, or future game updates cannot be guaranteed.

Please test the delivered add-on in a separate world or copy before using it in an important world.

4. Revisions

Every commission includes two rounds of changes at no extra cost. A round covers one agreed set of corrections or adjustments to the original scope.

Additional rounds are billed separately. A revision that changes the agreed features may also be treated as new work.

5. Turnaround

A completion estimate is provided when the commission begins. The timeline assumes the brief, references, and any required testing access are available.

If something affects the estimate, Atelier will let you know as soon as practically possible and explain the new timing.

6. Delivery and use

Delivery includes the agreed add-on files and any install notes listed in the quote. Unless the quote says otherwise, a commission is licensed for your personal Minecraft worlds and servers.

Reselling, redistributing, or publishing the files as your own product is not included. Ask before ordering if you need a different license or ownership arrangement.

7. Questions
